Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word or LaTeX format (PDF is accepted only if accompanying the source file).
  • The submission includes a Cover Page with full names, affiliations, postal addresses, and email addresses for all authors.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • I confirm that my manuscript has been prepared using the official APJSME template (MS Word or LaTeX) downloaded from the journal website. I understand that submissions not using the template will be declined.

General Submission Guidelines for APJSME

 

1. MANDATORY TEMPLATE USAGE

  • Download Required: All manuscripts must be prepared using the official APJSME template.

  • Where to Find It: Please download the MS Word or LaTeX template using the links provided in the journal sidebar (under "APJSME Template").

  • Strict Compliance: Any manuscript not submitted in the correct template format will be returned to the author for formatting before the review process can begin.

2. Manuscript Structure Manuscripts should be written in the following order:

  1. Cover Page: Must include all authors' full names, affiliations, postal addresses, telephone/fax numbers, and email addresses.

  2. Title

  3. Abstract: Required for all papers. It must clearly and comprehensively state the main arguments.

  4. Index Terms: Each paper should have at least 3-5 index terms or keywords.

  5. Main Text

  6. Acknowledgments: Information on grants received should be included here.

  7. References

3. Content & Formatting Requirements

  • Language: Papers are accepted only in English.

  • Non-Discriminatory Language: Sexist or racist terms must not be used.

  • Tables & Figures:

    • Must be introduced in the text before they appear.

    • Tables: Formatting should be part of the text. Notes referring to entries should be indicated in parentheses (e.g., (Table 1)) and appear directly above the table.

    • Figures: Supply clear copies of artwork suitable for reproduction.

  • Conclusion: Should clearly state answers to the hypothesis and implications for R&D.

4. Reference Style

  • Sources: Journal articles are preferred.

  • Formatting: Journal titles should not be abbreviated in the reference section.
