Abstract

The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a stategic neasuremnent system that translates an organization's mission and strategy
into a coherent set of performance measures across four balanced perspectives, namely: (1) Financial, (2) Customer, (3) Internal Processes, and (4) Learning and Growth. To date, a lot  of reputable local and international universities use the
Balanced Scorecard to achieve greater heights like identifying performance indicators (Pls) that fit their con text, and achieving desired improvements in organizational outcomes. It is anticipated that similár results would arise in MSU-UT; thus.
