Abstract

This paper will explain the meaning and origin of Hinampakay Og Letra and Balitao. It will look at the issue of how it will increase the wealth of literature due to the forms of this one that originated from different periods and regions but is associated in the name of Philippine regional literature. We will look at the parts, elements, and form between the two oral literature and from this we can see the connection between Hinampakay Og Letra and Balitao to empower the youth that our ancestor have this kind of ability and knowledge before the new culture exist.
